To provide a vehicular lighting tool capable of suppressing light distribution unevenness.SOLUTION: In a control system of a vehicular lighting tool, a control part separately performs lighting-on and lighting-off control (lighting control ) of light source semiconductor light emitting element groups so that two light intensities decrease in gradation, respectively, where the two light intensities are a light intensity of one light source image I (pixel group) inside an overlapping region D and a light intensity of another light source image I inside the overlapping region D. When the light source images I inside the overlapping region D whose light intensities are adjusted are overlapped for each other, light intensities of each pixel inside the overlapping region D are added, and a light intensity of a light distribution pattern for an ADB inside the overlapping region D approximately coincides with a light intensity of the light distribution pattern for the ADB outside the overlapping region D. A dotted line F1 represents the light intensity (total sum light intensity) of the light distribution pattern for the ADB inside the overlapping region D, and dotted lines F2 and F3 represent the light intensity of the light distribution pattern for the ADB outside the overlapping region D. Difference between brightness of the light distribution pattern for the ADB inside the overlapping region D and brightness of the light distribution pattern for the ADB outside the overlapping region D is less noticeable, so that light distribution unevenness can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18

    【課題】配光ムラを抑制できる車両用灯具を提供する。【解決手段】車両用灯具の制御システムにおいて、制御部は、重畳領域D内の一方の光源像I(ピクセル群)の光度及び重畳領域D内の他方の光源像Iの光度がそれぞれグラデーション状に減少するように光源半導体発光素子群を個別に点消灯制御(調光)する。光度が調整された重畳領域D内の光源像Iが互いに重畳されると、重畳領域D内の各々のピクセルの光度が足し合わされて、重畳領域D内のADB用配光パターンの光度が、重畳領域D外のADB用配光パターンの光度と概ね一致する。点線F1は、重畳領域D内のADB用配光パターンの光度(合計光度)を表し、点線F2、F3は、重畳領域D外のADB用配光パターンの光度を表す。重畳領域D内のADB用配光パターンの明るさと重畳領域D外のADB用配光パターンの明るさの差が目立たなくなり配光ムラを抑制することができる。【選択図】図18
