To enable vibration control of a vehicle without disturbing a behavior of the vehicle and damaging ride comfort of the vehicle as much as possible even when an electric motor 31 provided in an electromagnetic actuator 13 is in an excessively heat generating state.SOLUTION: An electric suspension device includes: an electromagnetic actuator 13 having an electric motor 31 generating driving force related to a damping operation and extending/contracting operation; a target damping force setting section 51 setting target damping force; a target extending/contracting force setting section 53 setting target extending/contracting force; and a drive control section 49 performing drive control of the electric motor 31 by using target driving force based on the target damping force and the target extending/contracting force. The drive control section 49 performs drive control for restricting a motor current so that a motor current integrated value does not exceed a current restriction threshold value (a damping current restriction threshold value and an extending/contracting current restriction threshold value are summed). The damping current restriction threshold value and the extending/contracting current restriction threshold value are set individually, considering a priority related to ride comfort and steering stability of the vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】電磁アクチュエータ13に備わる電動モータ31が過剰な発熱状態にある場合であっても、車両の挙動を乱すことなく、かつ、車両の乗り心地を可及的に損なうことなく、車両の振動制御を実現する。【解決手段】減衰動作及び伸縮動作に係る駆動力を発生する電動モータ31を備える電磁アクチュエータ13、目標減衰力を設定する目標減衰力設定部51、目標伸縮力を設定する目標伸縮力設定部53、及び目標減衰力及び目標伸縮力に基づく目標駆動力を用いて電動モータ31の駆動制御を行う駆動制御部49を備える。駆動制御部49は、モータ電流積算値が電流制限閾値(減衰電流制限閾値と伸縮電流制限閾値を合算)を超えないようにモータ電流を制限する駆動制御を行う。減衰電流制限閾値と、伸縮電流制限閾値とは、車両10の乗り心地及び操縦安定性に関する優先順位を考慮して各個別に設定される。【選択図】図3
