To provide a vehicle control device, a vehicle, and a vehicle control method which can achieve excellent travel control.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 12 includes: an operation detection part 58 which detects operation input performed to an operation input part 68 by a user; a speed setting part 60 which sets a travel speed of an own vehicle 10 on the basis of the operation input detected by the operation detection part; and a lane change control part 62 which controls a lane change. The lane change control part cancels the lane change when the operation input for reducing a set travel speed as a speed set by the speed setting part by a predetermined degree or more, or the operation input for reducing the set travel speed than the current travel speed of the own vehicle is performed after starting the lane change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】良好な走行制御を実現し得る車両制御装置、車両及び車両制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両制御装置12は、操作入力部68に対してユーザによって行われる操作入力を検出する操作検出部58と、操作検出部によって検出された操作入力に基づいて自車両10の走行速度の設定を行う速度設定部60と、車線変更の制御を行う車線変更制御部62とを備え、車線変更制御部は、速度設定部によって設定された速度である設定走行速度を所定程度以上低下させる操作入力、又は、設定走行速度を現在の自車両の走行速度より低くする操作入力が、車線変更の開始後に行われた場合、車線変更を中止する。【選択図】図1
