To provide a power conversion controller which allows stable application of a system at high overhead wire voltage.SOLUTION: A power conversion controller of an embodiment comprises: an active current command restriction part which restricts the maximum value of an active current command initial value by a predetermined active current upper limit value to be output as an active current command value; an AC voltage control circuit which calculates a reactive current command initial value for causing an overhead wire voltage detection value to follow the voltage command value on the basis of difference between the voltage command value and the overhead wire voltage detection value; an adjustment value calculation part which calculates an adjustment value which is a value of ratio according to the active current command value of the reactive current command initial value; an upper limit value setting part which calculates a reactive current upper limit value so that a composite value of the active current command value and the reactive current upper limit value becomes equal to or less than the input current maximum value which is the maximum value of input current of a power converter; and a reactive current command restriction part which outputs the adjustment value as the reactive current command value when the adjustment value is equal to or less than the reactive current upper limit value, and outputs the reactive current upper limit value as the reactive current command value when the adjustment value exceeds the reactive current upper limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】 高い架線電圧で安定したシステムの運用が可能な電力変換制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 実施形態による電力変換制御装置は、所定の有効電流上限値により有効電流指令初期値の最大値を制限して有効電流指令値として出力する有効電流指令制限部と、電圧指令値と架線電圧検出値との差に基づき、架線電圧検出値を電圧指令値に追従させるための無効電流指令初期値を算出する交流電圧制御回路と、無効電流指令初期値のうち有効電流指令値に応じた割合の値である調整値を算出する調整値算出部と、有効電流指令値と無効電流上限値との合成値を電力変換装置の入力電流の最大値である入力電流最大値以下となるように無効電流上限値を演算する上限値設定部と、調整値が無効電流上限値以下である場合は、調整値を無効電流指令値として出力し、調整値が無効電流上限値を超えている場合は無効電流上限値を無効電流指令値として出力する無効電流指令制限部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
