To realize a structure capable of sufficiently securing sealability for a long period.SOLUTION: A rotary opposite surface 40 provided on a slinger 26 and a stationary opposite surface 39 provided on a labyrinth slip 36 are made closely face each other, thereby forming a labyrinth seal 41 between the rotary opposite surface 40 and the stationary opposite surface 39. The labyrinth slip 36 elastically deforms in a direction in which the distance between the stationary opposite surface 39 and the rotary opposite surface 40 decreases with the rotation of a hub.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
