To provide a prediction technology that can predict a congestion state of a whole railway station with high accuracy by using information of the number of passers-by that can be measured locally in the station premises in consideration of the variation of structure of the station.SOLUTION: A congestion prediction system comprises: a people counting unit 103 for counting the number of passers-by at a local point in the space; a node arrangement unit 101 for inputting a plurality of nodes to be arranged in the space information of the space with their properties; a facility setting unit 102 for inputting the conditions of station facilities; a moving rule database that has recorded the moving rules of pedestrians; a connection information generating unit 201 for generating a connecting relationship between nodes based on the space information and the properties and moving rules of the nodes; an allocation ratio calculation unit 202 for calculating an allocation ratio for determining the amount of movements of pedestrians between nodes based on the generated connecting relationship and the number of passers-by; and a people flow prediction unit 203 for simulating the movements of pedestrians using the number of passers-by flowing in the target space and the allocation ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鉄道駅構内で局所的に計測できる通行人数の情報を用いて駅全体の混雑状況を駅構造の変化を考慮して高い精度で推定可能な予測技術を提供する。【解決手段】混雑予測システムは、空間内の局所的な地点の通行人数を計測する人数計測部103と、前記空間の空間情報に配置される複数のノードを属性とともに入力するノード配置部101と、駅設備の条件を入力する設備設定部102と、歩行者の移動ルールを記録した移動ルールデータベースと、前記空間情報と前記ノードの属性と前記移動ルールに基づいてノード間の接続関係を生成する接続情報生成部201と、生成した接続関係と通行人数を基にノード間の歩行者の移動量を決める配分比を計算する配分比計算部202と、対象空間へ流入する通行人数と配分比を用いて歩行者の移動をシミュレーションする人流予測部203を有する。【選択図】図1
