To provide a rubber composition having highly balanced WET performance, low-loss properties and steering stability.SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains a diene rubber component, a styrene-alkylene block copolymer, a polyolefin-based softener, and a reinforcing filler. The total styrene content of the styrene-alkylene block copolymer is 30 mass% or more based on the total mass of the styrene-alkylene block copolymer. The polyolefin-based softener contains one or more selected from the group consisting of alkene polymers and hydrogenated diene polymers. The reinforcing filler is contained in an amount of 45 pts.mass or more per 100 pts.mass of the diene rubber component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
