To improve convenience when issuing a voice instruction to an in-vehicle device.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device (in-vehicle audio device 100) includes: a first speech recognition unit configured to recognize a word indicating the in-vehicle device and a word indicating first instruction contents among words indicating instruction contents for operating the in-vehicle device by speech recognition, based on an input voice; and a second speech recognition unit configured to operate in response to the word indicating the in-vehicle device recognized by speech recognition and recognize a word indicating second instruction contents for operating the in-vehicle device by speech recognition, based on a voice input after the word indicating the in-vehicle device. The first speech recognition unit recognizes the word indicating the first instruction contents, regardless of an occurrence order in relation to the word indicating the in-vehicle device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
