To manage a state of charge of a storage battery within a set range when power by renewable energy is supplied to a feeder of a railroad.SOLUTION: A power generating system comprises: a power generator which generates power by utilizing renewable energy; a power storage device which has a storage battery; a first power converter which converts AC power by output of the power generator into DC power; a second power converter which performs power conversion to the DC power by output of the first power converter to supply power to a feeder; a third power converter which charges and discharges the storage battery based on the DC power by the output of the first power converter; and a controller which controls the power generator and the second power converter as control objects, in which the controller calculates an output prediction value of the power generator from meteorological information, calculates a load prediction value of the feeder from railroad diagram information, calculates a state of charge target value of the storage battery from the output prediction value and the load prediction value of the feeder, and controls the output of the power generator based on the state of charge target value of the storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】再生可能エネルギーによる電力を鉄道の饋電線に供給する際に、蓄電池の充電状態を設定範囲に管理すること。【解決手段】再生可能エネルギーを利用して発電する発電装置と、蓄電池を有する蓄電装置と、発電装置の出力による交流電力を直流電力に変換する第一の電力変換器と、第一の電力変換器の出力による直流電力に対する電力変換を行って、饋電線に電力を供給する第二の電力変換器と、第一の電力変換器の出力による直流電力を基に蓄電池に対する充放電を行う第三の電力変換器と、発電装置と第二の電力変換器を制御対象として制御する制御装置を備え、制御装置は、気象情報から発電装置の出力予測値を演算し、鉄道ダイヤ情報から饋電線の負荷予測値を演算し、出力予測値と饋電線の負荷予測値とから蓄電池充電状態目標値を演算し、蓄電池充電状態目標値を基に発電装置の出力を制御する。【選択図】図1
