To provide a seal structure achieving improvement in workability while suppressing corrosion, a decrease in rigidity, and an increase in a weight.SOLUTION: A seal structure 10 as a seal structure for sealing by a seal material 40 an interval between a first opposite surface 22 and a second opposite surface 32 opposed each other is such that: a second component 30 has an insertion hole 31 which is opened to the second opposite surface, and into which a fastener 50 is inserted, an edge face 33 crossing the second opposite surface, and a chamfer surface 34 having a first edge 34a connected to the edge of the second opposite surface, and a second edge 34b connected to the edge of the edge surface; a space sandwiched by the chamfer surface and the first opposite surface forms a chamfer part 35 for storing the seal material squeezed from between the first opposite surface and the second opposite surface; and when a diameter of the insertion hole is D, in the chamfer surface, in the direction perpendicular to the central axis of the insertion hole, a first edge is provided in 1.5D or more from the central axis, and a second edge is provided at a distance of 3.0D or less from a line passing the central axis of the insertion hole or the central axis of the plurality of insertion holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】腐食、剛性の低下及び重量増加を抑制しながら、作業性の向上を図るシール構造を提供する。【解決手段】シール構造10は、互いに対向する第1対向面22と第2対向面32との間をシール材40により封止するシール構造であって、第2部品30は、第2対向面に開口し、且つ、ファスナ50が挿通される挿通孔31と、第2対向面に対して交差する端面33と、第1端34aが第2対向面の縁に接続され、且つ、第2端34bが端面の縁に接続された面取り面34と、を有し、面取り面と第1対向面とにより挟まれた空間は、第1対向面と第2対向面との間からはみ出したシール材を収容する面取り部35を成し、挿通孔の直径をDとした場合、面取り面は、挿通孔の中心軸に直交する方向において、第1端は中心軸から1.5D以上に設けられ、且つ、第2端は前記挿通孔の中心軸又は複数の前記挿通孔の中心軸を通る線からの距離が3.0D以下に設けられる。【選択図】図1
