To provide a control device arrangement structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which shortens a harness connected to an engine system component while maintaining a space around a throttle body.SOLUTION: A control device arrangement structure 39 of an embodiment includes: a throttle body 40 which is provided at a suction passage 41 for guiding air to a combustion chamber of an engine 30 and used to adjust an amount of air near the engine 30; an air cleaner 50 which purifies outer air; a connection member 60 which connects the throttle body 40 to the air cleaner 50; and an ECU 70 which controls the engine 30.
