To provide a technique of supporting a movement of a user by extracting an alternative vehicle when alighting of a user is requested during ride-sharing.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a control section for performing: reception of an alighting request to allow a first user to alight at a place other than a movement destination of the first user when a first vehicle is moving with the first user; determination of an alighting place where the first user is to alight and also extraction of one or multiple candidate vehicles capable of boarding the first user at a boarding place being the same as the alighting place or a place close to the alighting place, in accordance with an alighting request; and notification of a re-boarding request of the first user at a boarding place with respect to a second vehicle being one of the one or multiple candidate vehicles, on the basis of approval by the first user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
