To provide an airbag device which can efficiently reduce an injury value of an occupant during an emergency.SOLUTION: A cushion 108 of an airbag device includes: an inner inflation part 158 which inflates protruding to the vehicle rear side and restrains a head 146 of an occupant 144 from the vehicle front side; protruding parts 124, 126 provided at sides of the inner inflation part 158 as seen in a vehicle width direction and may inflate protruding to the vehicle rear side further than the inner inflation part 158; and outer inflation parts 160, 162 which are provided between the inner inflation part 158 and the protruding parts 124, 126 and temporarily inflate protruding to the vehicle rear side in a range smaller than the inner inflation part 158 and the protruding parts 124, 126. The outer inflation parts 160, 162 are pushed and crushed by the inner inflation part 158 and the protruding parts 124, 126 to cause the protruding parts 124, 126 to take a posture drawn to the inner inflation part 158 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
