To diagnose the soundness of a pump installed in a tank for storing liquid gas.SOLUTION: A method for pump soundness diagnosis system comprises: measuring stationary current value of pump motor of a pump; measuring a liquid level of liquid gas in the tank at the date of measuring stationary current; measuring the delivery pressure at a prescribed position in the delivery pipe connected to the pump; and measuring the elapsed time since the liquid gas evaporated. Based on the elapsed time, presuming the liquid specific gravity of liquid gas at the date of measuring stationary current; on the basis of the relationship of the delivery pressure, the liquid level, the liquid specific gravity, the head loss from the pump delivery to the measuring position of the delivery pressure, and the relation of the delivery pressure and discharge quantity, presuming the pump discharge amount at the date of measuring stationary current; the liquid specific gravity is standardized at a predetermined standard liquid specific gravity; and a steady current value in which the pump discharge amount is standardized by a predetermined reference discharge amount is obtained. 【課題】液化ガスを貯溜するタンク内に設置されたポンプの健全性を診断する。【解決手段】ポンプのポンプモータの定常電流値を計測し、定常電流計測日時のタンク内の液化ガスの液位、ポンプに接続された吐出管における所定位置の吐出圧、及び液化ガスが蒸発する状況に置かれてからの経過時間を計測する。経過時間に基づいて定常電流計測日時の液化ガスの液比重を推定し、吐出圧、液位、液比重、ポンプの吐出口から吐出圧の計測位置までの圧力損失、及び、吐出圧と吐出量との関係に基づいて定常電流計測日時のポンプ吐出量を推定し、液比重が所定の基準液比重で標準化され、且つ、ポンプ吐出量が所定の基準吐出量で標準化された定常電流値を求める。標準化された定常電流値の時系列変化に基づいて、ポンプの健全性を評価する。【選択図】図4
