To make it possible to properly reflect an operator's intention to acceleration of a vehicle by properly correcting a vehicular target acceleration when there is an operation of acceleration/deceleration changing means (paddle or the like) by the operator at the time of vehicular acceleration during an automatic operation.SOLUTION: A vehicle control apparatus 100 comprises an automatic operation control part 110 automatically controlling at least acceleration or deceleration of an own vehicle 1, and is equipped with a speed change operation part 65 in which the speed of the own vehicle 1 is changed by the operation of an operator of that vehicle. Besides, when the operation of the speed change operation part 65 is performed at the time of acceleration of the own vehicle during automatic operation, the vehicle control apparatus carries out a control for changing the target acceleration at the time of acceleration from a next time automatic operation in response to the operation of the speed change operation part 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自動運転中の車両の加速時に、運転者による加減速度変更手段(パドル等)の操作があった場合に車両の目標加速度を適切に修正することで、車両の加速度に対する運転者の意思を反映できるようにする。【解決手段】自車両1の少なくとも加減速を自動的に制御する自動運転制御を行う自動運転制御部110を備える車両の制御装置100であって、自車両1の運転者の操作によって該自車両の加減速度を変更する加減速度変更操作部65を備え、自動運転中の自車両の加速時に加減速度変更操作部65の操作が行われた場合、当該加減速度変更操作部65の操作に応じて自動運転の次回以降の加速時の目標加速度を変更する制御を行う。【選択図】図1
