To provide an operation supporting system considering a constraint condition such as a condition of a waterway, a condition of own ship, a condition at arrival at estimated time of arrival, and demand state of electric power, in an on-water transportation system for operating a battery propulsion ship.SOLUTION: An operation supporting system applied to an on-water transportation system for operating a plurality of battery propulsion ships connected one another with a telecommunication network comprises: a timetable information management part; a disturbance estimation part; a data acquisition part; a data storage part for storing timetable information, disturbance information and event information associating with position information; an output calculation part which, based on the event information, calculates a post-correction schedule ship speed provided by correcting the schedule ship speed corresponding to shipping schedule, reads out the disturbance information stored corresponding to a position operating at the post-correction schedule ship speed, and calculates the output corresponding to the post-correction schedule chip speed as a recommended output; and a charge control part for controlling charging power to the battery propulsion ship based on charging planning information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】電池推進船を運航させる水上交通システムにおいて、航路の状態、自船の状態、到着予定時刻における到着時の状態、および電力の需給状態等の制約条件を考慮した運航支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】互いに通信ネットワークで接続された複数の電池推進船を運航させる水上交通システムに適用される運航支援システムは、ダイヤ情報管理部と、外乱推定部と、データ取得部と、ダイヤ情報、外乱情報、およびイベント情報を位置情報と対応付けて記憶するデータ記憶部と、イベント情報に基づいて、運航計画に対応する計画船速を補正した補正後計画船速を算出し、補正後計画船速で運航する位置に対応して記憶された外乱情報を読み出して、補正後計画船速に対応する出力を推奨出力として算出する出力算出部と、充電計画情報に基づいて電池推進船への充電電力を制御する充電制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図6
