To suppress deterioration in productivity at a work-site where an unmanned vehicle operates.SOLUTION: A management device of a work-site management system comprises an image data acquisition unit that receives abnormal data indicating the occurrence of abnormality in an unmanned vehicle and position data of the unmanned vehicle stopped due to the occurrence of the abnormality when the unmanned vehicle stops due to the abnormality occurring in the unmanned vehicle while running, and that acquires, from a moving object (drone), image data of the unmanned vehicle stopped at a work-site due to the occurrence of abnormality, the image data being acquired by imaging the stopped unmanned vehicle by an imaging apparatus mounted on the moving object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
