To reduce nasty smell in a room with small load.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system includes: an air conditioner adjusting the condition of the air in a room; a sensor device 30 including at least one detection element detecting an amount of smell causative agent included in the room air; and a controller 32 controlling operation of the air conditioner. The controller has: a first acquisition part 72 which acquires each detection value of at least one detection element at a first timing at which people are present in the room; a second acquisition part 76 which acquires each detection value of at least one detection element at a second timing following the first timing; a difference calculation part 80 which calculates difference between each detection value of at least one detection element at the first timing and each detection value of at least one detection element at the second timing; and an instruction part 86 controlling operation of the air conditioner on the basis of the difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
