To stop swing when an upper swing body reaches a swing limit range.SOLUTION: A construction machine includes: right and left harnesses 26, 27 for connecting between right and left rotation speed sensors 24A, 24B provided on a lower traveling body 2 side and a controller 25 provided on an upper swing body 3 side; a detection body 28 provided on the lower traveling body 2; right and left swing detection switches 29, 30 provided on the upper swing body 3 for detecting the detection body 28; and a swing control device 31 which stops a swing operation of a swing motor 10 when the left swing detection switch 29 or the right swing detection switch 30 detects the detection body 28 during swing of the upper swing body 3. The lower traveling body 2 is provided with a traveling body side stopper 42, and the upper swing body 3 is provided with a swing body side stopper 43 which restricts inertial rotation of the upper swing body 3 by abutting of the swing control device 31 against the traveling body side stopper 42 after stopping the swing operation of the swing motor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】上部旋回体が旋回制限範囲に達したときに旋回を停止させる。【解決手段】下部走行体2側に設けられた左,右の回転数センサ24A,24Bと上部旋回体3側に設けられたコントローラ25との間を接続する左,右のハーネス26,27と、下部走行体2に設けられた検出体28と、上部旋回体3に設けられ検出体28を検出する左,右の旋回用検出スイッチ29,30と、上部旋回体3の旋回時に左旋回用検出スイッチ29または右旋回用検出スイッチ30が検出体28を検出したときに、旋回モータ10の旋回動作を停止させる旋回制御装置31とを備える。下部走行体2には走行体側ストッパ42が設けられ、上部旋回体3には、旋回制御装置31が旋回モータ10の旋回動作を停止させた後に走行体側ストッパ42に当接することにより、上部旋回体3の慣性回転を規制する旋回体側ストッパ43が設けられる。【選択図】図8
