To provide a seat mounting structure which includes an arm having both ends pivotally connected to a seat and to a floor, and which enables a user to switch modes easily between a mode where the pivot of the arm is regulated and a mode where the pivot of the arm is allowed.SOLUTION: The seat mounting structure comprises: a first switching mechanism 22 which can switch conditions of the pivot of an arm 20 relative to a seat; a second switching mechanism 24 which can switch conditions of the pivot of the arm relative to a floor; an operation mechanism 28 for moving the first switching mechanism by user operation, thus switching conditions of the pivot of the arm; and a transmission mechanism 26 for transmitting the movement of the first switching mechanism to the second switching mechanism, thus switching conditions of the pivot of the arm by the movement of the second switching mechanism. When the pivot of the arm is regulated at the first switching mechanism, transmission by the transmission mechanism regulates the pivot of the arm at the second switching mechanism. When the pivot of the arm is allowed at the first switching mechanism, transmission by the transmission mechanism allows the pivot of the arm at the second switching mechanism. Just by operating an operating portion, a user can switch modes between a mode where the pivot of the arm is regulated and a mode where the pivot of the arm is allowed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】両端部においてシートとフロアとに揺動可能に連結されるアームを備えるシート取付構造において、アームの揺動の規制と許容とを容易に切り換える。【解決手段】シートへのアーム20の揺動状態を切換可能な第1切換機構22と、フロアへのアームの揺動状態を切換可能な第2切換機構24と、ユーザ操作により第1切換機構を作動させ、アームの揺動状態を切り換える作動機構28と、第1切換機構の作動を第2切換機構に伝達し、第2切換機構の作動によりアームの揺動状態を切り換える伝達機構26とが配設されている。第1切換機構でのアームの揺動規制時に、第2切換機構では、伝達機構の伝達によりアームの揺動が規制される。第1切換機構でのアームの揺動許容時に、第2切換機構では、伝達機構の伝達によりアームの揺動が許容される。ユーザは操作部を操作するだけで、アームの揺動の規制と許容とを切り換えることが可能となる。【選択図】図2
