To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for tire for providing a rubber composition for tire having low fuel consumption and wet grip performance improved in good balance by maintaining good productivity and enhancing dispersibility of silica.SOLUTION: There is related a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for tire including a first base milling process for mixing a rubber composition, silica, and a silica coupling agent; a second base milling process for mixing a first mixed article obtained in the first base milling process and a vulcanization accelerator; and a finish milling process for mixing the second mixed article obtained in the second base milling process and a vulcanizer, in which the mixing in the second base milling process is conducted by a Banbury mixer having a mixing chamber and a ram constituted to almost seal the mixing chamber, in the second base milling process, 2 to 5 almost sealing cancellation operations, in which operation that a state that the mixing chamber is almost sealed is an initial state, the ram is moved to cancel almost sealing the mixing chamber, then the ram is moved to return to the initial state is set as 1 set, is conducted.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】良好な生産性を維持しながら、シリカの分散性を向上させ、低燃費性及びウェットグリップ性能がバランス良く改善されたタイヤ用ゴム組成物が得られるタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ゴム成分、シリカ及びシランカップリング剤を混練する第一ベース練り工程と、前記第一ベース練り工程で得られた第一混練物及び加硫促進剤を混練する第二ベース練り工程と、前記第二ベース練り工程で得られた第二混練物及び加硫剤を混練する仕上げ練り工程とを含み、前記第二ベース練り工程の混練を、混練室と、前記混練室を略密閉自在に構成されたラムとを備えたバンバリーミキサーによって実施し、前記第二ベース練り工程において、前記混練室を略密閉した状態を初期状態として、前記ラムを移動させて前記混練室の略密閉を解除し、その後、前記ラムを移動させて前記初期状態に戻すまでを1セットとする略密閉解除動作を2〜5回実施するタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法に関する。【選択図】なし
