PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generation body for a seat heater which can suppress the disconnection of heat generation wires, can improve a comfort in an early stage, and can reduce current consumption, the seat heater, and a seat.SOLUTION: A seat cushion heat generation body 20A for use in a seat heater 40 of a seat 1 comprises: a first heating part 21 and a second heating part 22 which are arranged while sandwiching a groove part of a cushion pad; a connecting part 23 for connecting the first heating part 21 and the second heating part 22 to each other, and inserted into the groove part of the cushion pad; and a local heating part 24 which is set at a part of the first heating part 21. The seat cushion heat generation body also includes a first heat generation wire 25 which is cabled while straddling the first heating part 21 and the second heating part 22 via the connecting part 23, and a second heat generation wire 26 which is cabled in the local heating part 24. Power feed connecting parts 27, 28 of the first heat generation wire 25 and the second heat generation wire 26 are arranged at an edge 21b except for an edge 21a to which the connecting part 23 is connected in the first heating part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
