PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the load carrying capacity and durability of spokes of a wheel and tire assembly for a moving vehicle, and hence the performance of a top loader non-pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A system 200 of manufacturing a tire assembly includes a core 210 having a cylindrical hub 211 and radially protruding extensions 212 projecting radially outward from the hub 211, a plurality of internal arcuate members 220 for positioning a reinforcing layer about the core 210, the internal arcuate members being disposed in spaces circumferentially between the extensions 212 of the core 210, a first side plate 230 for securing the internal arcuate members 220 in place relative to the core 210, and a second side plate for securing the core 210 and the internal arcuate members 220 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
