PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive material improved compared with the previous ones as a protection film for accumulated electric charge applied to a surface of a moving transporter, which responds to demand that a surface coating for an airplane needs to diffuse accumulated electric charge through an electricity conductive material, and have corrosion durability to rain, ultraviolet light tolerance, high temperature and low temperature tolerance, flexibility, tolerance to damage caused by sand, and hail as well as compatibility with other chemicals which are added to improve its physical properties, and affinity with an underlayer.SOLUTION: A carbon allotrope material produced by applying a first material comprising polymer and sulfonic acid to a carbon allotrope material of a sheet material comprising carbon nano-tube, graphene, fullerene, or mixture thereof to form a second material, and curing the second material.EFFECT: To provide a protection film improved compared with the previous ones, which is obtained by applying said conductive carbon allotrope material to a surface of a substrate, including a part of a transporter.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】航空機の表面塗膜は導電性材料による蓄積電荷の放散性の他、雨に対する浸食耐久性、紫外光耐性、高温および低温耐性、可撓性、砂や雹による損傷への耐性に関する性能が必要とされるとともに、物理特性を向上させるために添加する他の化学物質と相性、下層との親和性も求められる。移動輸送体の表面に適用される静電荷蓄積用の保護膜として従来より改善された導電性材料を提供する。【解決手段】ポリマーとスルホン酸とを含む第1材料を、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、フラーレン、又はこれらの組み合わせを含みシート材料である炭素同素体材料に塗布して第2材料を形成し、これを硬化させることによって得られる導電性の炭素同素体材料。【効果】前記導電性の炭素同素体材料を輸送体部品などの基材表面に塗布することで従来よりも改善された保護膜を得ることができる。【選択図】なし
