PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator having such an effect that the responsiveness of dimension control becomes early.SOLUTION: When a piezoelectric element 6 is extended, a wedge 3 moves to a negative X-direction, and a bias spring 7 is contracted by the moving amount. When the moving amount of the wedge 3 is set as ΔX, a distance between a lower plate 10 and an upper plate 11 is increased by 2ΔXtanα. That is, the displacement of the piezoelectric element 6 in the X-direction is converted to displacement in a Z-direction in the figure. Static friction coefficients of contact faces 4, 5 are set as μ. In this embodiment, an angle α of the wedge 3 is set so as to satisfy tanα<μ (1) in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】寸法制御の応答が早くなるなど効果を有するアクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】圧電素子6が伸びると、くさび3はマイナスX方向に移動してバイアスバネ7はその分だけ縮む。くさび3の移動量をΔXとすると、下板10と上板11の距離は2ΔXtan-1αだけ増加する。すなわち、圧電素子6のX方向における変位が、図中Z方向の変位に変換される。接触面4及び5における静止摩擦係数をμとする。本実施形態においては、くさび3の角度αは、予めtanα<μ (1)となるように設定しておく。【選択図】図1
