PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To index a workpiece loading position on a vehicle body on a conveying line for conveying and moving the vehicle accurately and easily, and efficiently load a workpiece.SOLUTION: A battery loading device 3 for loading a battery 2 on a vehicle 1 is arranged on a standby zone 90 of a line side of a conveying line 100. The battery loading device 3 loads the battery 2 which is conveyed from a battery conveying line 91 at an initial position of the standby zone 90 and stands by, and when the vehicle 1 to be an object is conveyed on the conveying line 100, the battery loading device moves to a rear side of the vehicle 1 on the conveying line 100 and then is input into the conveying line 100. The battery loading device 3 input into the conveying line 100 is coupled to a vehicle body rear part of the vehicle 1 and is positioned, and after the battery 2 in the battery loading device 3 is loaded on a specified position of the vehicle 1, the battery loading device is separated from the vehicle 1 and moves to the standby zone 90 from the conveying line 100, and returns to the initial position on a side of the battery conveying line 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両を搬送移動させる搬送ライン上で車体へのワーク搭載位置を正確且つ容易に割り出し、ワークを効率的に搭載する。【解決手段】搬送ライン100のラインサイドの待機ゾーン90に、バッテリ2を車両1に搭載するバッテリ搭載装置3が配置されている。バッテリ搭載装置3は、待機ゾーン90の初期位置でバッテリ搬送ライン91から搬送されるバッテリ2を積み込んで待機し、搬送ライン100上に対象となる車両1が搬送されてきたとき、搬送ライン100上の車両1の後方に移動して搬送ライン100内に投入される。搬送ライン100内に投入されたバッテリ搭載装置3は、車両1の車体後部に結合して位置決めし、バッテリ搭載装置3内のバッテリ2を車両1の規定位置に搭載した後、車両1から離脱して搬送ライン100から待機ゾーン90に移動し、バッテリ搬送ライン91脇の初期位置に戻る。【選択図】図1
