PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting an arousal level capable of predicting lowering of an arousal level of a user.SOLUTION: A method for predicting an arousal level of an arousal level prediction apparatus that predicts an arousal level of a user, causes a computer of the arousal level prediction apparatus to: obtain current biological information regarding the user detected by a first sensor for obtaining the biological information (S1); calculate a current arousal level of the user on the basis of the current biological information (S2); obtain current environment information detected by a second sensor that obtains the environment information indicating a current environment around the user (S3); predict a future arousal level, which is an arousal level a certain period of time later, on the basis of the current arousal level and the current environment information (S4); and (i) issue a notification to the user or (ii) control another device, on the basis of the future arousal level (S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】ユーザの覚醒度の低下を予測することのできる覚醒度予測方法等を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ユーザの覚醒度を予測する覚醒度予測装置の覚醒度予測方法であって、覚醒度予測装置のコンピュータが、生体情報を取得する第1のセンサによって検出したユーザの現在の生体情報を取得し(S1)、現在の生体情報に基づいてユーザの現在の覚醒度を算出し(S2)、ユーザの周囲の環境を示す環境情報を取得する第2のセンサによって検出した現在の環境情報を取得し(S3)、現在の覚醒度と現在の環境情報とに基づいて、現在から所定時間が経過したときの覚醒度である将来の覚醒度を予測し(S4)、将来の覚醒度に基づいて、(i)ユーザへの通知、または、(ii)他の機器の制御を行う(S5)。【選択図】図5
