PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive hydraulic vibration-proof device in which a diaphragm 9 and an outer cylinder 15 of a spring part 5 are press fitted into an open hole 13 of an engine bracket 3 and the diaphragm 9 and the outer cylinder 15 of the spring part 5 are positively fixed at a casing part 3a of the engine bracket 3 without improving dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an adaptive hydraulic vibration-proof device 1 in which an outer cylinder 15 of a spring part 5 fixed to a vehicle body side and a diaphragm 9 are press fitted into an open-hole 13 of a casing part 3a of an engine bracket 3 and a volume variable liquid chamber 31 is defined and formed between a rubber elastic body 35 of the spring part 5 and the diaphragm 9. The end part of the outer cylinder 15 is provided with a claw-like diaphragm engaging part 16 folded and bent inside in a radial direction to be engaged with the diaphragm 9 and a claw-like casing engagement part 17 folded and bent outside in a radial direction to be engaged with the casing part 3a to cause the diaphragm 9, the outer cylinder 15 of the spring part 5 and the casing part 3a to be positively fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エンジンブラケット3の貫通孔13にダイアフラム9及びバネ部5の外筒15を圧入させる液体封入式防振装置において、圧入のための寸法精度を高めることなくダイアフラム9及びバネ部5の外筒15をエンジンブラケット3のケーシング部3aに確実に固定させる。【解決手段】エンジンブラケット3のケーシング部3aの貫通孔13内に、車体側に取り付けられるバネ部5の外筒15とダイアフラム9とが圧入され、バネ部5のゴム弾性体35とダイアフラム9との間に容積可変の液室31が区画形成されている液体封入式防振装置1に対し、該外筒15の端部に、半径方向内側に折り曲げられて前記ダイアフラム9と係合する爪状のダイアフラム係合部16と、半径方向外側に折り曲げられて前記ケーシング部3aと係合する爪状のケーシング係合部17とを設けることで、ダイアフラム9及びバネ部5の外筒15とケーシング部3aとを確実に固定する。【選択図】図1
