PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix an electric circuit board to a caliper by using a simple configuration and suppress vibration amplification caused by resonance of the electric circuit board in an electric braking device for a vehicle.SOLUTION: An electric braking device includes: an electric motor MTR for generating pressing force that is force for pressing a friction member MSB on a rotating member KTB rotated integrally with a wheel WHL of a vehicle in accordance with operation amount Bpa of a braking operation member BP performed by a driver of the vehicle; a caliper CRP for fixing the electric motor MTR; a circuit board KBN mounted with a micro processor and a bridge circuit to drive the electric motor MTR; and a motor pin PMT for supplying electric power from the circuit board KBN to the electric motor MTR. The motor pin PMT is penetrated through a holding member HJB and press-fitted to the circuit board KBN.
