PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate an incongruity when switching a relationship between a steering angle and a turning angle in accordance with the switching of a traveling mode.SOLUTION: A steering device 13 comprises first calculation means 136 which calculates a target turning angle θtg on the basis of a first function fm when a traveling mode is in a manual mode, and second calculation means 132 which calculates a target steering angle φtg on the basis of a second function fa when the traveling mode is in an automatic mode. When the traveling mode is switched to the manual mode, the first calculation means or the second calculates the target turning angle or the target steering angle on the basis of a third function fm0 or a fourth function fa0 which satisfies a first condition for sufficing a correspondence relationship between a steering angle φ0 and a turning angle θ0 when the traveling mode is switched, a second condition for making a posture of a steering member 134 and a reference posture coincide with each other in a situation that the turning angle becomes zero, and a third condition or a fourth condition that a change tendency of the turning angle with respect to the steering angle becomes most similar to a change tendency in the first function or the second function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
