PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle hub capable of downsizing a structure for detecting a rotation state.SOLUTION: A front hub is equipped with a shaft 81; a rotator 82 capable of rotating about the shaft 81; and a rotation detector 1 which detects rotations of the rotator 82. The rotation detector 1 is equipped with a plurality of magnets 3, 4, a magnetic element, a coil, and a magnetic flux inductive body. The magnets 3, 4 are magnetized in a direction intersecting a rotary axis of the rotator 82, and aligned in a circumferential direction of the rotator 82 so as to alternately reverse magnetizing directions. The magnetic element extends in a direction along the rotary axis of the rotator 82, and the magnetizing direction is reversed in the direction along the rotary axis of the rotator 82 by a magnetic field formed by a part of the magnets 3, 4. The coil is wound around the magnetic element. The magnetic flux inductive body induces a magnetic flux so as to make the magnetic flux formed by the magnets 3, 4 when the part of the plurality of magnets 3, 4 passes through a predetermined position on a rotary track, pass through the magnetic element in the direction along the rotary axis of the rotator 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】回転状態を検出するための構成について小型化を図ることができる自転車用ハブを提供する。【解決手段】フロントハブは、軸81と軸81の回りに回転可能な回転体82と回転体82の回転を検出する回転検出装置1とを備える。回転検出装置1は、複数の磁石3,4と磁性素子とコイルと磁束誘導体とを備える。磁石3,4は、回転体82の回転軸と交差する方向に磁化され磁化方向が交互に反対となるように回転体82の周方向に配列されている。磁性素子は、回転体82の回転軸に沿う方向に伸張し、磁石3,4のうちの一部の磁石により形成される磁界により磁化方向が回転体82の回転軸に沿う方向で反転する。コイルは磁性素子に巻回されている。磁束誘導体は複数の磁石3,4のうちの一部の磁石が回転軌道における所定の位置を通過したとき磁石3,4により形成される磁束が磁性素子を回転体82の回転軸に沿う方向に通るように磁束を誘導する。【選択図】図3
