PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly charge a battery with deceleration regeneration power and waste hat regeneration power according to a charge output capacity of the battery while deceleration regeneration power generation is performed at the braking of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A charge control device comprises: a deceleration regeneration power detection part which detects first charge power generated by a deceleration regeneration power generator which collects the motion energy of a vehicle at the deceleration of the vehicle, and generates power; a waste heat regeneration power detection part which detects second charge power generated by a waste heat regeneration power generator which collects the waste heat of an internal combustion engine of the vehicle, and generates power; and a waste heat power generation control part which makes an output voltage of the second charge power coincide with an output voltage of the first charge power when the total sum of the first charge power and the second charge power is smaller than a charge output capacity of a battery, and lowers the output voltage of the second charge power lower than the output voltage of the first charge power when the total sum of the first charge power and the second charge power is not smaller than the charge output capacity of the battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の制動時に減速回生発電が行われている間に、バッテリの充電出力容量に応じて、減速回生電力及び廃熱回生電力のバッテリへの充電を適切に実施する。【解決手段】充電制御装置は、車両の減速時に車両の運動エネルギを回収して発電を行う減速回生発電機による第1の充電電力を検出する減速回生電力検出部と、車両の内燃機関の廃熱を回収して発電を行う廃熱回生発電機による第2の充電電力を検出する廃熱回生電力検出部と、第1の充電電力及び第2の充電電力の和がバッテリの充電出力容量未満の場合に第2の充電電力の出力電圧を第1の充電電力の出力電圧に一致させ、第1の充電電力及び第2の充電電力の和がバッテリの充電出力容量以上の場合に第2の充電電力の出力電圧を第1の充電電力の出力電圧よりも小さくする廃熱発電制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
