PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always secure a power supply from a power source to a load even if a power supply voltage temporarily drops when power supplying from the power source to the load is turned on/off by a device with a low voltage cut-off function.SOLUTION: A capacitor C charged while the output voltage of a power source is equal to or larger than a reference voltage (e.g., 8 V) is cut off from the power source when the output voltage of the power source drops below the reference voltage, and a positive electrode of the capacitor C is connected to a constant voltage source 15 when the output voltage of the power source further drops below the threshold voltage (e.g., 3 V) of a semiconductor switching element a. A negative potential (e.g., -3 V) having a potential difference equivalent to a voltage (e.g., 8 V) according to the charged charges of the capacitor C with respect to a constant voltage (e.g., 5 V) output from the constant voltage source 15 is generated at a negative electrode of the capacitor C, and the potential of a GND terminal to which a ground of a driver circuit b of IPDs 132-13n corresponding to low voltage driving loads 32-3n is connected, is switched to this potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
