PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an arc from flowing outside of an arc-extinguishing chamber.SOLUTION: A stationary blade 34 and an arc-extinguishing chamber 32 are provided adjacently to each other at one side in a thickness direction of a cut part 22 in a conductor 20, and a gas generator 45 is provided at the other side in the same direction. A cutoff member 50 is disposed between the cut part 22 and the gas generator 45 and receives a pressure of a gas moving towards the arc-extinguishing member 32. The cutoff member 50 includes a movable blade 52 which moves through positions adjacent to the stationary blade 34 in a length direction of the cut part 22 and cuts the cut part 22 cooperatively with the stationary blade 34. In the cut part 22, a pair of cut edges being separated from each other are generated by the cutoff, conduction between equipment is cut off and an arc that is generated between cut ends that are finally cut between both the cut edges is attenuated in the arc-extinguishing chamber 32. The movable blade 52 includes a cut delay part 61 for cutting a part of a region that is separated from both ends to an intermediate side in a width direction in the cut part 22 after the other portion is cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】アークが消弧室の外部で流れるのを抑制する。【解決手段】固定刃34及び消弧室32は、導電体20における被切断部22の厚み方向の一方において互いに隣り合った状態で設けられ、ガス発生器45は同方向の他方に配設される。切断部材50は、被切断部22及びガス発生器45の間に配設され、消弧室32に向かうガスの圧力を受ける。切断部材50は、固定刃34に対し被切断部22の長さ方向に接近した箇所を移動し、固定刃34と協働して被切断部22を切断する可動刃52を有する。上記切断により、被切断部22には、互いに離間した状態の一対の切断端縁が生じ、機器間の導通が遮断されるとともに、両切断端縁のうち最後に切られた切断端間で生ずるアークが消弧室32で減衰される。可動刃52には、被切断部22のうち、その幅方向における両端部から中間側に離れた領域の一部を他の部分が切られた後に切るための切断遅延部61が設けられる。【選択図】図7
