PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear vehicle body structure of a vehicle which does not narrow down a cabin, suppresses the deformation of a rear wheel house by a minimum reinforcement which is not connected to a damper support part or the like, and can make compatible both the improvement of rigid feeling and the improvement of door support rigidity at a side collision.SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 60 which connects a wheel arch face 19d of a rear wheel house outer 19 and a flange part 19a of the rear wheel house outer 19 is arranged at an intermediate region of a rear wheel house 17 between a damper support part and a front-side support part 42 of a rear suspension which is arranged at a vehicle body in front of the damper support part in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and a rear end part of a door impact bar located in a rear door with respect to the reinforcing member 60 is arranged so as to be overlapped in a vehicle side face view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
