PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the oil film formed on the surface of wire ropes and having a certain thickness or more for an extended period of time.SOLUTION: A lubricant coating device is equipped with a cylinder 9 for storing a lubricant comprising a grease or rope oil, and a roller 12 having at least one of a sheave 3 and a pulley as a lubricant coating target and contacting the surface of a rope groove 13 formed on the coating target. The roller coats the surface of the rope groove with the lubricant by following the rotation or movement of the coating target and rotating to transfer the lubricant onto the surface of the rope groove in such a state as making the lubricant stored in the cylinder adhere to the surface thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ワイヤロープの表面に形成される油膜を一定厚以上に長期間維持する。【解決手段】グリース又はロープ油からなる潤滑剤を貯蔵するシリンダ9と、シーブ3及びプーリの少なくとも1つを潤滑剤の塗布対象とし、塗布対象に形成されたロープ溝13の表面に接触するローラ12とを有し、ローラは、シリンダに貯蔵された潤滑剤を表面に付着させた状態で、塗布対象の回転又は移動に追従して回転して、潤滑剤をロープ溝の表面に転写することで、潤滑剤をロープ溝の表面に塗布する。【選択図】図3
