PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low gravity center and the lowering of a height of a device without the necessity of a particular reduction gear by devising an arrangement position of an electric motor, and to reduce a cost.SOLUTION: A diameter D1 of a drive-side contact circle which is defined by the aggregation of points at which a drive roller 78 contacts with a driven roller 60 is set smaller than a diameter D2 of a driven-side contact circle which is defined by the aggregation of points at which the driven roller 60 contacts with the drive roller 78. A drive disc 70 is arranged while being offset in a radial direction with respect to a main wheel 30, only the drive roller 78 which is located at a side near the driven roller 60 is made to contact with the driven roller 60, and an electric motor 84 which drives the drive disc 70 is arranged in a crescent-shaped space C in a side face view which is defined between the inside of the main side face 30 in the radial direction and the outside of the drive disc 70 in the radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】電動モータの配置位置の工夫によって特殊な減速装置を必要とすることなく低重心化および装置高さを低くすることができ、併せて低コスト化を図ること。【解決手段】ドライブローラ78がドリブンローラ60と接触する点の集合により画成されるドライブ側接触円の直径D1が、ドリブンローラ60がドライブローラ78と接触する点の集合により画成されるドリブン側接触円の直径D2より小さく、ドライブディスク70を主輪30に対して径方向にオフセットして配置し、リブンローラ60に近い側に位置するドライブローラ78のみがドリブンローラ60に接触するようにし、主輪30の径方向内側とドライブディスク70の径方向外側との間に画成される側面視で三日月状の空間Cにドライブディスク70を駆動する電動モータ84を配置する。【選択図】図3
