PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which can prevent a circuit board from becoming a high temperature without using a heat transfer member.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 20 is attached to a vehicle 10. The electronic control device 20 comprises a bracket 33, a circuit board 30 and a housing 31. The housing 31 stores the circuit board 30 and is fixed to the bracket 33. Portions of a facing surface 43b of the housing 31 and a facing surface 50a of the bracket 33 are brought into contact with each other, and at least partial facing surface 43b and facing surface 50a excluding the contact portion are used as wall surfaces to form an air passage 80. The air passage 80 includes a plurality of openings, and includes an air introduction port 81 and an air exhaust port 82 as openings. The air exhaust port 82 is provided on the upper side with respect to the air introduction port 81 in the state where the bracket 33 is attached to the vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
