PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which can suppress the increase in the Mooney viscosity and the scorching and is used as a raw material for a vulcanized rubber having excellent low fuel consumption properties and wet road surface properties and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a rubber composition comprising a modified solution polymerization SBR and a residual rubber, which comprises: a first step including a step of kneading silica and a silane coupling agent by a kneader and a step of adding the residual rubber to the kneader and kneading the residual rubber, silica and silane coupling agent; and a second step of kneading a mixture obtained in the first step, a modified solution polymerization SBR, zinc oxide and an antiaging agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】ムーニー粘度の上昇とスコーチを抑制することが可能で、低燃費性、湿潤路面性に優れた加硫ゴムの原料となるゴム組成物およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】変性溶液重合SBRおよび残余ゴムを含むゴム組成物の製造方法に関する。混練機でシリカおよびシランカップリング剤を混練するステップ、ならびに混練機に残余ゴムを投入し、残余ゴム、シリカおよびシランカップリング剤を混練するステップを含む第1工程と、第1工程により得られた混合物、変性溶液重合SBR、亜鉛華および老化防止剤を混練する第2工程とを含む方法により、ゴム組成物を得る。【選択図】 なし
