A length L in a longitudinal direction of a welding region Ris longer than a length S orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. In the welding region Ris formed a welding line 30. The welding line 30 has protruding parts 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35 and connecting regions 36 that connect two adjacent protruding parts. The connecting regions 36 are formed on a straight line lparallel to the longitudinal direction of the bone member.
