PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wave resistance increment alleviation bow shape that can alleviate an in-wave resistance increment even when a vessel remains ballasted by focusing on a wave or a static water-level elevated position and a vessel having an in-wave resistance increment alleviation bow shape.SOLUTION: A bow shape having a bow valve 20 at a bow part 10 of a vessel comprises the formation of stem lines 11 of the bow valve 20 in two upper and lower steps to project a lower stage valve 21 forward of an upper stage valve 22, and to keep a top face 21a of the lower stage valve 21 positioned above a ballast state static water-level elevated position Athat is a water-level swelling position generated when a vessel travels under flat water in a wave-free state at a navigation speed set when designed as a representative speed for every vessel on sailing in a vessel ballast state, and positioned such that the wave overcomes the top face 21a of the lower stage valve 21 when the vessel sails at the navigation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】波浪や静的水位上昇位置に着目して、船舶がバラスト状態であっても波浪中抵抗増加を軽減できる、波浪中抵抗増加軽減船首形状及び波浪中抵抗増加軽減船首形状を有した船舶を提供すること。【解決手段】船舶の船首部10に船首バルブ20を有する船首形状であって、船首バルブ20のステムライン11を上下2段に形成し、下段バルブ21を上段バルブ22よりも前方に突出させるとともに、下段バルブ21の上面21aが、船舶のバラスト状態での走行時に、船舶毎の代表的な速度として設計時に設定されている航海速力で波の無い状態である平水中を走行するときに生じる水面の盛り上がり位置であるバラスト状態・静的水位上昇位置ASよりも上方で、かつ航海速力での走行時に波浪が下段バルブ21の上面21aを乗り越える位置となるように形成した。【選択図】 図1
