PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unvulcanized rubber composition for inner liner capable of achieving suppression of gas generation amount during vulcanization and good air permeability resistance after vulcanization at good balance while maintaining good processability and molding adhesiveness of an unvulcanized rubber composition for inner liner and a pneumatic tire using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided an unvulcanized rubber composition for inner liner containing 100 pts.mass of a rubber composition containing halogenated butyl rubber and/or butyl rubber of total 60 mass% or more and 1 to 14 pts.mass of a plasticizer containing 0.5 to 6 pts.mass of a process oil, 0 to 8 pts.mass of a mixed resin and 0 to 4 pts.mass of an adhesive resin and a pneumatic tire using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
