PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition capable of improving on-ice performance and abrasion resistance in a good balance, a vulcanized rubber composition excellent in on-ice performance and abrasion resistance and a studless tire using the same for the constitution of a tread.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition including a process for preparing a master batch containing a modified conjugated diene polymer and silica, (b) a process for preparing a master batch containing isoprene rubber and silica, (c) a process for mixing the master batch obtained in (a) and the master batch obtained in (b) and a process for vulcanizing the mixture obtained in (c), where the resulting vulcanized rubber composition has an A phase containing the modified conjugated diene polymer and a B phase containing the isoprene rubber which are incompatible to each other with abundance ratio α of the silica in the A phase satisfying 0.5≤α≤0.9 (Formula 1) and ratio β of the modified conjugated diene polymer satisfying 0.4≤β≤0.8 (Formula 2), a predetermined vulcanized rubber composition and a studless tire having a tread constituted by the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】氷上性能および耐摩耗性能をバランス良く改善できる加硫ゴム組成物の製造方法、氷上性能および耐摩耗性能に優れた加硫ゴム組成物ならびにこれをトレッドの構成に用いたスタッドレスタイヤを提供すること。【解決手段】(a)変性共役ジエン系重合体およびシリカを含むマスターバッチを作製する工程、(b)イソプレン系ゴムおよびシリカを含むマスターバッチを作製する工程、(c)(a)で得られたマスターバッチと(b)で得られたマスターバッチとを混練りする工程、および(d)(c)で得られた混練物を加硫する工程を含み、得られる加硫ゴム組成物が、互いに非相溶の変性共役ジエン系重合体を含むA相およびイソプレン系ゴムを含むB相を有し、A相中のシリカの存在率αが0.5≦α≦0.9(式1)を満たし、変性共役ジエン系重合体の割合βが0.4≦β≦0.8(式2)を満たす加硫ゴム組成物の製造方法、所定の加硫ゴム組成物ならびにそれにより構成されたトレッドを有するスタッドレスタイヤ。【選択図】図1
