PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic braking device capable of reducing oil hammer generated when assisting thrust of a master cylinder.SOLUTION: A hydraulic braking device comprises: assisting pistons in which a fluid chamber 64 has fluid pressure required for a front assisting piston 30 to actually start moving before assistance, and which allows a fluid to flow out to a reservoir 16 from the fluid chamber 64 through pressure adjusting means 66 by moving in an arrow B direction after assistance; and a switch mechanism for switching the pressure adjusting means to a cut-off state by adjusting a relative position of the front assisting piston 30 and a rear assisting piston 30e by engaging the front assisting piston with the rear assisting piston during operation of the assisting pistons, and releasing the engagement and locking the rear assisting piston during non-operation of the assisting pistons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】マスタシリンダの推力を助勢する場合に生じる油撃の低減が可能な液圧制動装置を提供すること。【解決手段】液圧制動装置は、助勢前に、流体室64が実質的に前方助勢ピストン30が動き始めるのに必要な液圧を有し、助勢後に矢印B方向に移動して流体室64から調圧手段66を介してリザーバ16に流体を流出させる助勢ピストンと、助勢ピストンの動作時に前方助勢ピストン30を後方助勢ピストン30eに係合させ、助勢ピストンの非動作時に当該係合を解除して後方助勢ピストンを係止して前方助勢ピストンと後方助勢ピストンとの相対位置を調整することによって調圧手段を遮断された状態に切り替える切替機構とを具備することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
