PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device of a conveyance system of an unmanned carrier capable of properly detecting abnormality of a drive system with a traveling motor containing an electric energy source mounted on the unmanned carrier.SOLUTION: An unmanned carrier 30 mounted with a traveling motor and a battery for driving the traveling motor travels on predetermined traveling paths 40, 41. A control tower 80 detects the presence/absence of abnormality of a drive system with the traveling motor containing the battery, on the basis of the current waveform of the battery at the time when the unmanned carrier 30 travels on fixed traveling paths A1, A2 under a fixed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】無人搬送車に搭載した電気エネルギ源を含めた走行モータによる駆動系の異常を適切に検出することができる無人搬送車の搬送システムの異常検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】走行モータ、および、走行モータの駆動用のバッテリを搭載した無人搬送車30が、予め定められた走行路40,41を走行する。管制塔80は、無人搬送車30を一定の条件下で一定の走行路(A1,A2)を走行させたときのバッテリの電流波形に基づいてバッテリを含めた走行モータによる駆動系の異常の有無を検出する。【選択図】図1
