PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device that has a sufficient cushioning function for ordinary traveling vibration and also impact vibration when sudden great external force, such as earthquake, is applied, that, at the same time, can be installed at a low manufacturing cost, maintained at a low cost, and reduced in weight and size.SOLUTION: A stopper device comprises: a cup-shaped flexible case member 2 formed from a bottom wall 2b and a side wall 2a provided with a contact part 2d that can be brought into contact with a first member or second member, and having an opening part 2c; a base member 3 fixed to one of the second and first members, sealing the opening part 2c, and composing a liquid chamber 5 together with the flexible case member 2; a liquid 6 sealed into the liquid chamber 5; a guide member 4 covering at least parts of the side wall 2a and bottom wall 2b and fixed to the base member 3; and a communication path 3a provided with a relief valve 7 that can discharge the liquid 6. When load applied to the liquid chamber 5 is equal to or greater than predetermined load, the relief valve 7 is opened, and the flexible case member 2 is deformed to absorb displacement equal to or greater than a predetermined degree between the first and second members.

    【課題】 通常の走行振動及び地震などの突発的な大きな外力が作用した場合の衝撃的振動についても十分な緩衝機能を有しながら、安価な製造コストで設置でき、維持コストが低く、軽量で、小型化が可能なストッパ装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 第1の部材または第2の部材と当接可能な当接部2dが設けられた底壁2bと側壁2aとからなり、開口部2cを有するカップ状の可撓性ケース部材2と、前記第2の部材または第1の部材の一方に固定され、前記開口部2cを封止して、可撓性ケース部材2とで液室5を構成するベース部材3と、前記液室5に封入される液体6と、前記側壁2a及び底壁2bの少なくとも一部を覆い、前記ベース部材3に固定されるガイド部材4と、前記液体6を排出可能なリリーフバルブ7を備えた連通路3aを設け、前記液室5に印加される荷重が所定荷重以上となったときに前記リリーフバルブ7を解放し、前記可撓性ケース部材2が変形して前記第1の部材と第2の部材間の所定以上の変位を吸収する。【選択図】図1
