PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light multilayer composite base material having lightness and stability to a human body and capable of improving deterioration of physical properties due to water absorption and improving density uniformity.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a light multilayer composite base material including a core material layer 100 consisting a foam sheet and a reinforcing layer 200 laminated on both surfaces comprises: i) the step of preparing the foam sheet 100; ii) the reinforcing layer 200 manufacturing step of manufacturing the reinforcing layer 200 by mixing natural fibers with synthetic fibers by carding, performing cross lapping and bundling the mixture by a needle punch to form a lower density reinforcing sheet, applying a polyolefin powder of 10-100 g/m2 on the lower density reinforcing sheet and pressure-bonding the lower density reinforcing sheet by a heating roller having a temperature of 150-230°C; and iii) the step of laminating the foam sheet 100 with the reinforcing layer 200 using heat to obtain a multilayer composite base material.

    【課題】軽量性及び人体に対する安定性を有すると共に、水分の吸収による物性の低下を改善し、密度均一性を向上させた軽量性多層複合基材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】発泡シートからなる芯材層100と、その両面に積層された補強層200を含む軽量性多層複合基材の製造方法であって、i)発泡シート100を準備する段階と、ii)天然繊維と合成繊維をカーディングにより混合した後、クロスラッピングし、ニードルパンチによって結束して低密度補強シートを形成し、前記低密度補強シートにポリオレフィン系パウダを10g/m2〜100g/m2塗布した後、150〜230℃の熱ローラで前記低密度補強シートを圧着することで、補強層200を製造する補強層200の製造段階と、iii)前記発泡シート100及び前記補強層200を熱を用いて積層して多層複合基材を得る段階と、を含むことを特徴とする軽量性多層複合基材の製造方法。【選択図】図3
