The present invention relates to the field of electromagnetic energy feedback active suspensions, and disclosed in the present invention is a two-degree-of-freedom electromagnetic energy feedback suspension based on a dual-winding hybrid magnetic circuit linear rotation permanent magnet motor actuator. The suspension comprises the dual-winding hybrid magnetic circuit linear rotation permanent magnet motor actuator, a damping spring, a suspension housing, an upper end cover, a lower end cover, a vehicle body linkage buckle, and a wheel linkage buckle; the motor actuator is arranged inside the suspension housing, and the damping spring is arranged between the upper end cover and the lower end cover by means of a rotating bearing; the motor actuator consists of a stator formed by sequentially arranging n stator modules in an axial direction according to a front and back surface alternate mode, and a rotor formed by assembling an annular iron core in which a tile shaped permanent magnet is embedded and an annular permanent magnet. The present invention effectively solves the problem that a suspension system severely consumes energy, and improves the vehicle drive system efficiency.
