La présente invention concerne un élément d'habillage (1) comportant un élément de support (50) constitué d'une matière formable à base de fibres de bois, contenant un liant comprimé à chaud, réticulé, et d'une pièce rapportée (10), laquelle est recouverte d'une matière adhésive fusible et/ou est constituée d'un matériau thermoplastique, dans lequel la pièce rapportée (10) est reliée par une couche de soudage thermique à l'élément de support (50) et la couche de soudage thermique contient un liant réticulé et une matière adhésive fusible ou un liant réticulé et un matériau thermoplastique.
Molded part comprises a carrier (3) containing wood fiber molding material made of hot pressed, a cross-linked binder and at least one attachment part (10), which is at least partially coated with a hot melt adhesive and/or consists of a thermoplastic material, where at least one attachment part is connected positively with the carrier by a thermal welding layer, and the thermal welding layer comprises cross-linked binder and hot melt adhesive and/or crosslinked binder and thermoplastic material. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the molded part, comprising (i) providing the wood-fiber mat-shaped molding material containing the thermosetting binder, (ii) providing at least one attachment part, which is at least coated in sections with the hot melt adhesive and/or consists of the thermoplastic material to form the welding layer containing cross-linked binder and hot melt adhesive and/or crosslinked binder and thermoplastic material, (iii) providing a temperature controlled, two- or multipart pressing tool comprising first and second half-mold, (iv) arranging the mounting parts are in the first half-mold, (v) inserting the wood fiber molding material in the first half-mold with the disposed attachment parts, (vi) closing the mold by pressing together the two mold halves, and (vii) pressing the wood-fiber molded material at temperatures of 140-230[deg] C to the carrier, where the attachment parts are positively connected with the carrier; and (2) two- or multi-part pressing tool comprising first and second half-mold and heaters for heating the first and second tool half, where the pressing tool comprises at least one cooling device for partially cooling the first half-mold.
