The embodiment of the invention relates to a height information correction method and device, electronic equipment and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original detection data of a radar; calculating theoretical state information of the detection target based on the motion information of the carrier; in combination with the theoretical state information, eliminating invalid data in the original detection data through a Kalman filtering algorithm to obtain corrected detection data; the height information of the carrier is determined by correcting the detection data; wherein the invalid data comprises observation state information of a non-ground target. The non-ground target is a detection target of which the elapsed time is less than a preset threshold value; the elapsed time is the time required by the carrier to pass through the detection target. According to the method, through a mode of combining theoretical state information and observation state information, invalid data corresponding to an object with a small size can be effectively eliminated in original detection data, so that the problem that automatic obstacle avoidance is mistakenly executed due to height sudden change caused by the invalid data is avoided.
